Rental Rates for your stay

The changeover day at Le Moulin de Beaumont is Saturday.  However, out of the main holiday season, it is sometimes possible to alter this, so please do enquire.

The price of your stay includes all bed linen, bath and tea towels (excluding pool/beach towels), a welcome basket, bicycles and utilities*.

*Excludes winter lets.

Arrival time is at 5pm with departure time being 10am.

Booking Procedure

Contact us either by completing the form on the Enquiries page or email chezmoulin@btinternet.com to discuss your requirements and confirm availability. Once agreed, we will make a provisional reservation on your behalf, forward our Booking Form and Terms & Conditions to you and hold the booking for an agreed period, until your Booking Form together with the non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of your holiday (or full amount if less than 12 weeks to the start of the holiday) are received.

Once we receive the completed Booking Form and deposit, we will confirm the booking by sending a statement/final balance invoice.

Full payment plus a damages deposit is required 12 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday.

Please note:

Le Moulin de Beaumont is a non smoking property and we would ask you to respect this.

We are unable to accept pets; again, we would ask you to respect this. 

Important note: Children are most welcome at Le Moulin de Beaumont but parents must take full responsibility for the safety of themselves, their children and any older relatives with regard to the dangers of being close to open water - namely, the stream and millpond opposite the house.
